This vining pole bean is easy to grow, highly productive, and delicious to eat. The large lima beans have beautiful mottled red patterns. Pick pods when fully mature and starting to yellow to shell and eat fresh, or wait for them to dry and turn brown on the vine to harvest and store easily. Soak seeds overnight and allow 7-10 days for germination. Plant along a fence line or on a trellis for easy harvesting.
